This student housing project was planned by a private developer on a site adjacent to the main campus of West Virginia University. Nine residential floors over three floors of structured parking included 92 units and 124 parking spaces. Carl Emberger, Jr. served as the Project Architect for the early design phase during his time at Erdy McHenry Architecture.
