The Tidewater and the Fine Wine & Good Spirits store were part of a historic renovation of an iconic grain silo building with a storied history. After many attempts to find a viable long-term use for this building, the Alterra Group developed a long-stay residential units at the top of the building and the wine and spirits store on the ground floor. Carl Emberger, Jr. served as the Project Manager and assisted documentation efforts while at Coscia Moos Architecture.
