The Columbia is a 17-unit building including one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. The project included a roof deck as well as parking tucked underneath the upper floors of the building. The project was built in the up-and-coming Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. Carl Emberger, Jr. served as the Project Manager and assisted documentation efforts while at Coscia Moos Architecture.
