BrüBox is a 32-unit apartment building including one bedroom, two bedrooms, and studio apartments. The project included a first-floor amenity space and roof deck as well as parking tucked underneath the upper floors of the building. The project was built in the up-and-coming Brewerytown neighborhood of Philadelphia. Carl Emberger, Jr. served as the Project Manager and assisted documentation efforts while at Coscia Moos Architecture.
