This 4-story, 100,000 sq.ft. proposed office building sought to replace an outdated office building constructed in the 1960’s poorly suited for the contemporary office environment. The project included wider structural bays with increased floor-to-floor heights. Carl Emberger, Jr. served as the Project Manager and Project Architect while at Coscia Moos Architecture.
