Fresh off the success of One Riverside, Dranoff Properties with Cecil Baker + Partners planned for a similar project at the corners of Broad and Pine Streets. The project received regulatory approvals in 2017. Carl Emberger, Jr. led the early design efforts in his time at Cecil Baker + Partners.
